I’ve been a certified trainer since 2007 and specialize in helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. After years of doing workouts that looked good on paper but left my body not very functional or strong in everyday life tasks, I realized something had to change. That shift became even more personal when I saw how quickly inactivity and injury affected my grandparents’ quality of life. This also lead me to diving into cutting-edge recovery tools like PEMF, red light therapy, mild hyperbaric oxygen, and Normatec compression after learning how these things could work improve not only what we do in the gym but help outside the gym in ways we couldn’t before.

Whether it’s helping someone overcome chronic aches or guiding them toward long-term vitality, my goal is always the same: build a body that works, not just one that looks good.

Average Client: My average client is 50 and over, looking to maintain or improve their quality of life. They’re focused on reducing or eliminating chronic aches and pains so they can keep doing the things they love — whether that’s traveling, enjoying good food, hosting dinner parties, or simply staying active and independent for years to come.
