I am a big proponent of living, moving and eating well. As a personal trainer, I educate my clients on all the components of an optimal lifestyle: sleep, movement, nutrition and stress management. My intention is to help people feel and live better, have a more positive outlook and be prepared for life. I also strive to continuously be better in my own body, mind and life, and do so through continued education, self-studies, serving others and practice. I am passionate about applying and sharing these great tools with others. I emphasize strength and conditioning, functional movement, mobility and other restorative therapies.

Average Client: My average clients are seniors and middle-aged adults that want to learn resistance training in a safe, sustainable way. They want to gain strength, move and feel better in their body and life, increase their longevity and health span, and feel more confident in their abilities.
