Steve Ponton is an Original Strength Certified Professional-Pro, a Functional Movement Screen Level 2 trainer, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and an ACE-certified personal trainer. He owns Ithaca Kettlebells in Ithaca, NY, where he blends kettlebells, Original Strength, and other forms of functional exercise into a holistic approach to total fitness. He has been a medic in the Navy, has a master’s degree in literature, and currently teaches in the Cornell University Physical Education program.
