As the Founder and Lead Trainer for Build Brave Training, I coach clients remotely on building skills and cultivating practices for life. Through a collaborative process, I guide them in identifying intrinsic motivations and rewards for their practices, feeling more at home in their bodies, nourishing their confidence to adapt, and ensuring that they enjoy the process.
My approach is shaped by climbing, breaking (breakdancing), managing my scoliosis, coaching people with disabilities, and working for five years as a physical therapist aid.
Average Client: I have experience training clients across the spectrum of movement abilities, whether recovering from an injury, living with limited mobility, or filling in the gaps of their athletic training. I often work with academics, non-profit professionals, and folks usually not comfortable in gym settings.
