I am exploring the role that movement plays in both developing health and physical resiliency and how it can help teach us deeper disciplines of compassion and courage. My approach is shaped by climbing, breaking (breakdancing), and my experiences managing my scoliosis, coaching people with disabilities, and working for five years as a physical therapist aid. Original Strength is one of the most powerful tools in its attention to the whole person.
I enjoy working with clients across the spectrum of movement abilities, whether recovering from an injury, living with limited mobility, improving movement habits and patterns, or filling in the gaps of their athletic training.
