OS Performance Course
Created for Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Personal Trainers, and Professional Athletes, this 6-hour live course will build upon the principles of Original Strength. This interactive course is led by an NFL Strength Coach and an Elite Personal Trainer who will help attendees learn how to remove the likely, hidden brakes on their body’s performance.
You will learn how to develop strength training routines. Why contra-lateral loading enhances athletic abilities and improves performance and recovery.
Typical attendees are Fitness Professionals, S&C Coaches, Elementary, High School, and College Coaches.
