Clinical RESET Certification

Integrating Neurodevelopmental Movements for Improved Musculoskeletal Performance
Healthcare professionals such as physical and occupational therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, athletic trainers, and osteopaths can learn how to enhance musculoskeletal performance and functional outcomes by integrating the vestibular, autonomic nervous, and respiratory systems.
By incorporating the neurodevelopmental sequence—breathing patterns, head movements, rolling, rocking, crawling, and cross-body movement patterns—into daily adult life, exercise routines, sports, and movement prescriptions (HEPs), practitioners can achieve remarkable and immediate results in mobility, pain-free range of motion, biomechanics (neuromuscular recruitment patterns), and overall function.
The Original Strength Pressing RESET method also addresses Fear Avoidance Beliefs, which can improve patient buy-in and compliance with attending scheduled appointments, performing HEPs, and continuing their movement prescriptions.
Attendees may later take the exam to become OS Certified Professionals—Clinicians or Practitioners.
The 14-hour (2 days) class is taught by practicing DPTs and a Personal Trainer.
