I am a breath and movement coach who helps people become more aware of their bodies for better health. Through my guidance, I teach techniques that help to reduce stress, anxiety, and any overwhelming feelings. I use the principles of Original Strength to restore movement to the body. Being an athlete all my life, I know how important breath and movement are for everyday health. I believe in somatic healing, which recognizes the mind-body connection.
As a coach, I help individuals understand their bodies better by teaching them how to breathe consciously and move purposefully.
