More.

Well, here we are, sitting on the Eve of 2016.

A New Year lies ahead of us.

And 364 days of this past year lie behind us.

How was your year?

Mine?

Thanks for asking.

Fan-freakin’-tastic!

I won’t go into too many details, but let’s just say, since I just turned 43, I feel like I’m in the prime of my life. My energy levels are at an all-time non-caffeine induced high. I competed in my favorite sport - Olympic Weightlifting - 8 weeks ago, with no sleep, after an 8 year hiatus, and felt great - no injuries during training, at the meet, or as a result of the meet.

And my kids are my pride and joy.

I’ve learned more about how life “works.” The Laws of the Universe (God’s Laws) and all that.

And I’ve learned more about how the body works - mine especially and particularly, and the human body in general.

And I got to travel the world and tell people about Original Strength - and how simply moving like we did when we were little ones can restore the way our body is supposed to operate as adults.

Upon reflection, this is all good.

And I’m looking forward to more next year.

More?

More.

A word that we often associate with greed.

Why don’t we associate it with GROWTH?

After all, would the upcoming year be better or worse if you could swap out more of the “bad” things for more of the “good” things?

More time.

More money.

More patience.

More energy.

More joy.

More hope.

More love.

More freedom.

Sounds like a good deal to me.

The best part of all this?

From what I’ve learned, we can all have “more” without taking from someone else.

But that’s a lesson for another time.

For now, I wish you and yours More - a LOT MORE - of the good stuff in 2016.
