Spring Back to Feeling Great with Original Strength RESETS

Spring is Nature’s Reset.
Higher temperatures.
More light.
More life.
Spring is the perfect time to take your RESET practice outdoors.
Your body thrives on rhythm, and spring is a powerful cue to restore it.
Early morning light exposure helps regulate circadian rhythm and sleep quality.
Spending time outdoors has been shown to lower cortisol levels and perceived stress.
Even light movement improves circulation and joint nutrition.
Now, combine that with Original Strength RESETS?
That’s powerful.
If you’re new to resets, they’re simple, foundational movements: belly breathing, head control, rocking, rolling, cross crawl movements (check out Tim’s videos if you need some instruction); designed to restore how your body was meant to move.
Not to exhaust you.
To restore you.
Try This: Your Spring Reset Experiment
Pick one day each week this Spring.
Go outside.
Set a 7-minute timer.
Practice your favorite RESET(s).
- Take it outside.
Park. Backyard. Soccer field sideline. - Start simple.
Supine breathing. Head nods. Rock. Roll. Crawl if you’ve got space. - Go incognito if needed.
Standing resets work beautifully.
No perfect plan required.
Just show up and be curious with your movement.
Notice how you feel afterward.
Clearer?
Looser?
Calmer?
That feeling?
That’s your nervous system shifting toward safety and strength.
That’s your body remembering how it’s designed to feel.
And spring is a great time to remember to be more alive!
Resets can be your workout.
They can be your warm-up.
They can be your recovery.
They can be the gentle wind-down your system craves.
But this spring?
Let them be your reconnection.
Fresh air in your lungs
Ground under your hands.
Sunshine on your face.
Simple.
You don’t need a complete overhaul of the program this season.
You might just need to step outside and Press RESET.
What’s one reset you could take outdoors this week?
