What is your natural movement intelligence? Do we need to learn agility and strength or are they actually our first nature? Tim Anderson is the founder of Original Strength. He believes that we can naturally move beautifully, strongly, and well after going through our childhood motor development. Unfortunately, because of our alienation from our original design, we have forgotten. The good news is that all we have to do is remember. The Original Strength System provides a way for us to rewire our brains.

Tim Anderson has researched all the specialties to do this: sports science, neuroscience, functional training, etc. The result, however, is not highly complicated technical exercises, but playful-looking movements. A systematic approach with "feel good" and "free flow" guarantee that connects the body and mind and feels damn good. It's almost impossible not to smile while rolling, rocking and crawling. One indicator of good movement is that it feels good.

In the podcast, you'll learn...

What the Original Strength System is and what principles it is based on. What people and concepts have influenced Tim the most. What the magic is behind rolling and crawling. The importance of the tongue. Why Tim is not a fan of stretching.
And much more!

Was ist deine natürliche Bewegungsintelligenz?
