Sara Anderson is a licensed dietitian nutritionist and personal trainer. A Maryland native, she is excited to reside in her new Tucson home. Sara's passion is to empower others to create positive movement, nutrition and lifestyle changes that result in improved quality of life, optimal health and greater self-confidence.

Sara is a former DI collegiate athlete for the University of Maryland's women's lacrosse NCAA National Championship team and 3 ACC Championship team.

"A 70-year old Marine client came to me seeking help with his gait and balance after not seeing success with his physical therapy sessions. He had recently broken numerous bones on the left side of his body from a motor cycle accident. At first he was resistant to the motor development patterns I was reteaching him, but we pushed on with the basic 5 resets. During our 4th session together, we had a break through while marching. He started to tear up then paused and said, "For the first time in I don't know how many months, I feel balance on my two feet! I don't know what flopping like a fish and marching like I'm in a band is doing, but it's working!" It was an incredible moment for the both of us.
