Peta has always had a passion for competitive sports which has continued into her senior years. The benefits of leading an active healthy lifestyle and following guidelines set by various fitness professionals over 50 years has paid off in many ways. Now, as a senior herself, Peta wants to share her extensive knowledge with her peers. A qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Peta was naturally drawn to the OS system and the many benefits afforded to seniors to get moving or keep moving safely.
Her average client is aged 60+, overweight, carrying old injury (knee, shoulder), some or no previous activity. All are motivated to improve their mobility and strength.
