The Original Strength RESETs helped you help your clients/athletes restore their movement. Now OS Pro Performance will teach you how to help them get to the next level.
Original Strength’s Tim Anderson has teamed up with Chip Morton, Head S&C Coach of the Cincinnati Bengals, and Mark Shropshire of Shropshire Performance and OS Instructor, to create OS Pro Performance, designed to expand the strength professional’s toolbox.
OS Pro Performance will give you the tools you need to improve the performance of your athletes, while also giving you the tools you need to improve your performance as a coach or trainer. Built on the foundation of the OS Pressing RESET Certification, OS Pro Performance establishes the structure of developing strength, stamina, and power.
You will learn how to program the OS Resets into any performance training program. You will learn how to add load and resistance to the RESETs to create superhuman strength. Chip Morton will discuss the “must have movements” for gaining strength and power in the weight room, and Mark Shropshire will explain how to capitalize on the nervous system – the secret weapon of performance enhancement.
