For more than a decade in the fitness industry, I'm still learning, ever adapting. I try to share my enthusiasm for fitness and for health with my clients, specifically the joy that I find in movement. Exercise is an expression of vitality and freedom and even though many of my clients come to me with injuries from their past, I try my best to find ways for them to move better, become stronger and feel more energized throughout the day.
